Bumper Dent & Split Repair

The Result

 

This black VW Touareg had a deep dent and split to the bumper that required careful structural repair.

To ensure a proper fix, the bumper was stripped to gain full access to the damaged area from behind. Controlled heat was then applied to gradually reshape the plastic and work the dent back into position. Where necessary, the split was plastic-welded to restore strength and integrity.

A light skim of filler was applied to refine the contour before the area was professionally prepared and painted to match the original finish.

The result was a very strong, seamless repair that restored both the appearance and durability of the bumper.
